  1. What is the difference in Crossfit 1, 2 and 3? Will an individual wanting to joy need to be trained in all three Crossfit levels?

    • Lisa,
In order to use the facility you only have to attend the orientation session and sign the waiver. The CrossFit levels are meant to give anyone who is interested an introduction to CrossFit and the different exercises and movements you will be doing during a CrossFit workout. Level 1 is the introduction to very basic movements, getting more complex in level 2 and again in level 3. Let us know if you have any more questions. Thanks.

    • No there is no fee. All you have to do is come in and go through an orientation session, sign a waiver, and the facility is free for you to use during the scheduled hours.

  2. I was just wondering if there is some training or something going on in the evenings at the center because I have gone and turned around a couple of times this week for there is too many boys\guys working out. I dont want to get in there way if they are training. Thank you.

    • Lupe,
Anyone is allowed to come in and work out during the hours listed on the Schedule page. At this point some of the athletes are coming in during community hours because their offseason programs have not started up for the summer. As soon as offseason starts up many of the kids will be coming in during the day and it shouldn’t be so crowded at night. There is plenty of room for everyone until then, even if it looks crowded. You won’t be in the way, so please join us.
